What is Reiki ?

Reiki is a form of energy healing that originated in Japan. Dr. Mikao Usui was the founder of the spiritual practice. Reiki is based on the idea that a practitioner can channel healing energy into a person by placing their hands on or near the person's body. The practitioner channels the energy through their own body and into the recipient, with the goal of promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.  Reiki healing is a type of treatment that combines traditional  techniques with other healing modalities, such as crystals, sound therapy, and meditation. The goal of Reiki healing is to provide a holistic, multi-faceted approach to healing that addresses the mind, body, and spirit.

What are the Benefits ?

       Reiki is used as a complementary treatment

                               for a range of physical and emotional condition , including :

- Stress

  - Anxiety

        - Depression

          - Chronic pain

    - Insomnia

       - Headaches

 - Fatigue

                      - High blood pressure

Reiki is also used to support the healing process after surgery or to help cope with the side effects of chemotherapy. While there is some evidence that Reiki may have a range of potential health benefits, more research is needed to fully understand the extent of these benefits. It is important to note that Reiki should not be used as a substitute for medical treatment.
